Chidananda holds an MBA from Bangalore University with a dual specialization in Finance and Marketing. He brings 19 years of extensive experience in the financial industry and Credit Rating Advisory. Specializing in Debt Syndication, Credit risk evaluation and assessment, Deep understanding of client needs, sharp analytical skills, and vast network within the financial industry have been instrumental in executing client assignments diligently.

Prior to joining CredMen, Chidananda served as Associate Vice President at FinMen Advisors and Consultants Pvt Ltd. His distinguished career also includes key roles at premier financial institutions such as Axis Bank and HDFC Bank, where he built deep, core expertise in Debt, client relationship management, and team leadership. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a consistent track record of driving sustainable business growth and expanding market reach.

At CredMen, Chidananda leads Operations and Marketing. He leverages his strong business development acumen alongside specialized domain knowledge in credit ratings to drive client acquisition, strengthen market positioning, and streamline operational efficiency.

Sree Harsha

Director – Ratings Execution

Sree Harsha is an MBA (Finance) graduate with over 15 years of extensive experience in the Banking & Financial Services Industry (BFSI). His expertise spans credit analysis, counterparty risk assessment, and credit appraisal.

He has managed and rated a diverse portfolio exceeding ₹50,000 crore, covering large corporates, banks, and NBFCs. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in developing financial models for securitisation and direct assignment transactions, demonstrating strong analytical and structuring capabilities.

Sree Harsha has been associated with leading organizations such as ANZ Bank, Moody's, Brickwork Ratings, and Infomerics Ratings, contributing significantly to credit evaluation and risk management functions.
